Our counselors took the Jayspace challenge once more. It fared a good deal better, as I’m sure you can imagine, based on the work you described. No one reported any login difficulties (kudos).
The user-friendliness of the system was discussed (you know our concerns along these lines). Out of this conversation, however, came a request I wanted to put to you:
- Can we send an e-mail when a profile has been created (or even whey someone has logged in to Jayspace for the first time) with a few handy tips for using the tool?
Lastly, a counselor was wondering about MSN for the IM. I said that I knew that you were working on this. Is there any timeline for this to be added?
