Chat test and Inactivity Timeout

Hi, Darren,
Thanks again for setting up and including us in the test. We were generally reassured by the results of the test. Also, I appreciate your making the chat unavailable after I set up the room on Friday p.m.

One thing I wanted to follow up on regarding the chat:

• How long can one remain inactive before getting a timeout?
• Is there anyway to change this?
  

We have a feeling that a lot of people will just want to watch rather than participate in the chat.

I would like to have this information within the next couple weeks. We’re planning to schedule the next chat for the end of January.
