I am thrilled to report that the Login redirect to the Jayspace page for Accepted and Enrolled users has been fixed. The profile thumbnail viewer functionality was running a stored proc that was taking longer than 30 seconds (which is the timeout period for a webpage) most of the time so that's why it was throwing the error. We've optimized that stored procedure and the page is loading quickly again so we can check this issue off the list. I am seeking additional clarification on why this was not noted previously...or if this is something that recently occurred, per Mary's earlier email. I hope to have more follow up this week.
However, that being said...I would also appreciate a confirmation of this from your end.
