Hi Christian,
I’m having a member of our implementation team look into where and how to add the Logout link back so that it doesn’t appear for those users that are not using the login/logout feature any longer.
I’ll keep you posted with what we get out there for you.
In the mean time, you should be able to just close the browser and open it back up to end your session.
