RE: Jan 30, 2008 Chat issues

Hello Christian!  I hope you are doing well.  I wanted to give you some feedback relative to this email and the suggestions you have made.
 
All three items:  Participant list, more prominent message alert and consistent scrolling for all users have been added to the system as suggestions for enhancing AG.  These are captured and will be addressed in the future.  Currently they are not in immediate development, as we are focusing on more pressing improvements.
 
They will not be forgotten however, as they will continue to be considered for the future of this product.

Hi, Darren,
Thanks for your help last night. Whatever you did, the chat survived the timeout error.

So it looks like the big issues from last night would be the following:
  • Being able to login (at least three people got the server timeout error)
  • The timeout around 9:11 (or so)

Other issues that counselors talked about:
  • Getting a list of participants (we’ve talked about this as an enhancement)
  • Having a more prominent private message alert (ditto)
  • Being able to scroll through the users (some counselors didn’t see a scroll bar)

Let me know when you hear anything.
