Subject: User Not Being Matched
I have been contacted by a student who has tried registering, but her information is not being matched with the imported information.

At one point, she had registered six times, so she had six accounts. I deleted all of them, finally, and tried registering for her with the information we have in from the import, but that didn’t work either.
Could you look into this and let me know why this isn’t working?
