Chat page rendering weirdness

Hi, Bryon,
We had a chat last night. It seemed to go off without a hitch. There does seem to be an issue with the chat module.
I’ve attached screenshots of how the chat page appears when the chat window is visible to all (not only administrators).
As you will see it renders very oddly, and no rendering is accurate to the code.

When the chat module is invisible, however, the page renders just fine.

I’ve attached the screenshots of the page (all in Windows OS).
