Do you know the actual lag time from the moment the account was created until the point at which she was assigned the proper role? Also, I assume she was someone already in the Creighton data?

Subject: AG user matching and role changes
Thanks for coming on board with Creighton. I’m just going to jump right into an issue we had yesterday:
An admitted student, Alicia Connor, leash_89_08@yahoo.com, registered on the site. AG matched her. But it didn’t auto-assign her role. So I looked at her username today and her role was now auto-assigned. Do you know what could account for this? I thought that the match and role assignment was instantaneous.
Please let me know what you find out or let me know if you need anything clarified.
