RE: Profile thumbnail viewer not seen by Admissions_Reps role on the Community Page

In looking at this issue, I am similarly stumped.  Everything appears to be fully accessible/reviewable by the Admissions Counselor role...yet...the profiles are not populating.

 

I am submitting this to the technical team to look at as well.  I will continue to review this (and the other email you sent) to see if I discover anything, while they work on it too.

Hi, Darren,
I can’t seem to set up the profile viewer so that the admissions counselors, who are under the Admissions_Reps role, can see them on the Community Page.
It’s kind of inexplicable.
Can you or the J-T(eam) figure it out?
