RE: Events module

As an additional update-I would still like your specific event information please, per my previous email.

 

1.  The registration link will show up if you are logged in as a registered user.  It will not show up for users that are not logged in.  As such, if we want to allow non-users to log into an event, we cannot via this tool.  I think when we were looking at it before, we were looking at it logged in.

 

2.  The Created By cannot be removed.  It is a part of the module.  It is something that is being looked at, but I am not getting an indication that we can do anything about it.

 

 

Please confirm we can talk Wednesday morning, per my email.

Hi, Darren,
On Nov. 15 we looked at the Events module.
We identified some of the the issues/questions related to the module:

1. The registration link is not showing up.
2. The “created by” was to be removed.
3. You weren’t sure how we would place multiple instances of the module so that each would display different events. (We did have an idea, but you were going to find out.)
   

At the time, you said that you would get back to to me in the next day or so. I haven’t heard back about this.

We have December events for which we need to have online registration available.
An e-mail will go out this week. The Events module must be working for it.

Please get back to me as soon as possible about this.
