Profile thumbnail viewer not seen by Admissions_Reps role on the Community Page

Hi, Darren,
I can’t seem to set up the profile viewer so that the admissions counselors, who are under the Admissions_Reps role, can see them on the Community Page.
It’s kind of inexplicable.
Can you or the J-T(eam) figure it out?
