I entered information into the chat window for visitors. Now it is gone.
It used to look something like this:
It had, however, the information for the next chat.
It’s gone now.

Upon my review, I am not immediately seeing the issue.  I see where you entered the information on the 19th.  My first guess is a "system imposed" time limit on presenting information in the window...but I am hoping Chris/John have more feedback.

Hi, Darren,
I’m wondering if you can shed some light on the chat module, http://admissions.creighton.edu/CULive/Chat/tabid/343/Default.aspx.
I had the information for the next chat in the module.
Today, when visiting to the page, I found the information gone. Is there some reason or explanation for this?
It happened before with the last chat, as well, but I thought it might have something to do with my own error. This time, I haven’t been to the page in days, so there’s no way I could have made the information disappear.
Is this a bug? Or a feature?
