Text only on the website

Hi, Darren,
Our webteam (specifically Elizabeth Davies) has told us that we now have the option to allow users to make the site text only .

We would like to do this, preferrably near where visitors have the option to login or register.

Here are the instructions to make this available:
There are 2 ways you can add the text only link. You can either hard code the URL or add a referrer link
Hard Code:
<a href="http://assistive.usablenet.com/tt/http://www.creighton.edu"

Referrer:
<a href="http://assistive.usablenet.com/tt/referrer"
   title="text-only page produced automatically by Usablenet Assistive">Text only</a>
