I wanted to let you know about a quirk that we’d really like to have fixed:
When creating a list in BlueOx, which we do a lot, we find that sometimes the list defaults upon creation to another school. Today it was Grand View College (see image below).
Can we please have it NOT do that when creating a new list? Can’t it always default to Creighton when we’re creating the list.
Having to change the settings cuts down on our productivity at this end.

ReplyDeleteI have just found out the following today. When you were set up in Blue Ox Mailbox....you were set up in an aggregated AdmissionsGenie account that we typically manage, not the client. The reason you are seeing this is that-while you only see and utilize your lists...you are existing in a partition with others.
SO, we need to correct that immediately and are working to do so. Sorry, about that, we just didn't recognize the issue until today. But, what this means is:
1. The issue you are citing will go away once this switch over is made.
2. I need you (Creighton) not to change any demographics in Blue Ox until we get you to the new area. You can create as many demographics as you like....just please do not change any existing ones for the time being.
3. We will work on moving any/all lists that you already have into the new area, along with all your campaigns. Continue to work in your current area until this is done, but I wanted you to be aware.
I am sorry for this mix-up/confusion on our end and any inconvenience it has caused. As I said, I am aware of this only today.
