Hi Christian,
I worked with the developer on this and we’ve removed the website values for this user. We weren’t able to locate a second web account for them either. But now that the web values have been removed, you should be able to have the student create their account just as normal.
Reminder – after they’ve created their account they will have to wait up to 4 hours to make sure the role process runs and assigns them to the appropriate role.

Hi, Bryon,
I have an admitted student, Ashley Ogurek, ogreinmn@bellsouth.net, who has an import record. I tried to create a new user for her, registering with her information as she might have when getting on the site (trying to help out, of course). Before I did that, however, I mistakenly added website values in on the import record.
So when I created the user as any incoming student might, it did not match the records and I could not make them match.
I’m not sure what to do. I would like to get this person on the website (jayspace) but can’t.
How can we fix this?
