Hi Christian,

 

It seems the issue was a problem with the skin used by that specific page. As long as you don’t change the skin for that page, this issue shouldn’t come up again.

 

I’m having our implementation team verify the change just to make sure everything is good to go.

 

I’ll let you know if I get some more information for you.

I had a developer look into the issue. The issue is now corrected. The chat application seems to be loading quickly and correctly.
