RE: Flash Streaming Server

Christian-

Where are the videos you are specifically referring to?  I am not finding them.

Regarding a Flash Streaming Server….Adobe does recommend (and with good reason) use of a Flash Streaming Server…but at the same time they obviously have a financial stake in licensing as many as possible.

Depending on performance needs and traffic volume, this is something that should-from a cost perspective-be evaluated case by case.  Would you want to discuss on Monday?

I hope all is well.  FYI…I will be in town some this coming week.  Perhaps we should check in with one another and just visit on where things are at.  If not this week…what are things looking like for the week following.  We haven’t done a face to face in a while.

Hi, Bryon,
From everything I read from Adobe, it sounds like we should have our flash videos on a Flash Streaming Server rather than have them set up as progressive downloads.
Do we even have that capability?
Yours,
Christian
