I am a bit confused by your email.  In the 3rd paragraph you state that you will provide us with an update, but in the 4th paragraph you state that all records were to be updated last night.  Can you please clarify when the data will be corrected within AG.

Good morning.  I have spent much of yesterday afternoon reviewing and chasing this issue yesterday.  Here is what we have discovered and what is being done currently.  (I have already shared this with you via IM as well this morning.)
 
The reason for what you are seeing is that we have encountered an issue we are updating the records and the process that is performing this work is timing out.  The records you have been referencing are part of those that have not yet been updated.  This is part of a reload as a result of changes made last week.  While more have been updated since your last check, it appears 12,000 remain...so they will not all be updated until today.
 
We recognize this as an unacceptable situation.  Thus yesterday we got a meeting between a number of individuals in DBA, programming and other areas organized for today in order to identify what needs to occur to correct this issue.  I will provide an update once the solution for correcting this issue is identified.
 
So, for the moment....all records should be updated by tonight......and long term we are working to fix this data update issue with the large number of records in the system.

Hi, Chris and Darren,
I’ve built the Application Checklist and started testing it out by populating some fake AG users with information for our App Req 01 – Req 08 website values. It seemed to be working fine. So we decided to check on a student that Orfa knows: Carli Culjat.

Here’s what comes up in Recruitment Plus:

But when we checked her in AG, there was no information for the imported values of App Req 01 – App Req 08.

Spot checking other applicants uncovered the same situation.

We want to get this up ASAP. Could you please let me know what’s happening, whether on our end or yours? And how we might fix it.
