RE: web site info

Yup, well you won’t have access to do this but I can (you can’t get to Therese’s pages).  Create the page you want the content to be on.  I’ll tell Typo3 to grab the content from the page you want in Financial Aid and display it on the Admissions page.  All Therese’s links on that page will remain correct but it will show using Admissions styling.

We can also use “insert Records” for a single or multiple elements (really you can pull all the page content that way too if you want).  I thought I showed you this but if not I’ll show you next week (I’m out tomorrow!).  But you still can’t grab Therese’s content.  If you want to do it when I’m not around ask Josh, Joe or even Cary (I think he knows how to do this) and they can do it for you.

Typo3 makes it easy to share content.

The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Hi,
In light of Terese’s question and request that we update, we would like to be able to take the content element on their page and present it on our page. Can I do that? If not right now, how might I be allowed to do that?
Yours,
Christian

Hi, Therese,

We are in the process of changing over to Typo3, by July. 1, actually.

I'm going to talk to webteam about makin the info on your page something that we can have on our page as well.

Yours,

Christian

Hi Christian,

Sarah Sell said she was going to update some info for the Admissions web page, but she is not here today and the info regarding loans is really outdated.

For now, can you just direct everything about grants and loans to our web pages:

Grants:  http://www.creighton.edu/financialaid/typesofaid/grants/index.php

Loans for undergraduates:   http://www.creighton.edu/financialaid/typesofaid/loanprograms/loansforundergraduatestudents/index.php

Thanks,
