RE: Video Upload Server Timeout/Reset

Christian-

I am a little late to the table in participating in this discussion…however, to Bryon’s point have you tried to size the video down?  9MB is really, for a video of this length, fairly sizeable.  I would recommend either shortening the video or considering different compression settings.

Subject: Video Upload Server Timeout/Reset

Hi, Bryon,
I’m trying to load a video which I’m attaching (sorry, it’s big). I’ve tried on both Firefox (multiple times) and Safari.
Here are the errors I’m getting:

Firefox
The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
    *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.
    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.
    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Safari
Safari can’t open the page.
Safari could not open the page “https://admissions.creighton.edu/Admin/FileManager/tabid/269/ctl/Edit/mid/730/ftype/File/rtab/269/Default.aspx?dest=video%5c” because the server is not responding.

Is the video too big? Is there a size limit?

Yours,
Christian
